The Happiness project is a year long (Or month long, or life long) project of self exploration. I came up with this project after reading about positive Psychology, Self Actualization, and Mindfulness while getting my Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development. The goal of this project is to identify the values that I (or you if you decide to join the adventure) hold most dear and work towards improving those values each month. My thoughts are as I (we) increase awareness and improving the values that I (we) hold most dear that happiness will increase. I will be posting weekly “check in” to share my experience. My motto is “life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond-Charles Swindoll”.
